MindHelp democratizes access to mental health services in Malaysia by connecting users with nearby therapists and life coaches through transparent, easy-to-use telecare services.

The platform required intuitive user journeys and transparent data management processes to reassure users about their privacy, enhancing trust and encouraging registration.

We carefully designed key user interactions, including listing pages, booking processes, dashboards, and the telecare experience itself. The user-friendly homepage clearly communicated benefits and was supported by a warm and reassuring visual identity.

MindHelp's inviting visual identity, with its relatable illustrations and photography aims to boost user registrations and bookings. More importantly, the streamlined user interface also allowed for quick iteration and deployment of new features, accelerating both growth and user retention.
